INTERACTION
Uniform Appraisal System by Expert Appraisers Co. A standardized appraisal system has been developed by Expert Appraisers Co. to ensure that appraisals are conducted consistently across Canada and the United States. In recent years, insurance companies, law firms, Service Ontario, Ministry of Transportation (MTO), and owners of all types of vehicles, motorcycles, and personal property have increasingly sought assurances regarding the accuracy and fairness of appraisals. Our appraisal process ensures that clients do not miss any essential components. Valuations of vehicles, motorcycles, and personal property can be challenging for insurers, law firms, Service Ontario, and MTO due to the limited historical data available to them. Owners of all types of vehicles, motorcycles, and personal property should be aware of the true value of their possessions. Expert Appraisers Co. adheres to rigorous appraisal standards that meet a minimum benchmark, ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders in both Canada and the United States. Our evaluations consider auction results, current market offerings, and established valuations, in addition to physical inspections of the assets. The history, pedigree, and other relevant factors of a vehicle, motorcycle, or personal property can significantly influence its overall valuation. Our evaluations also highlight any negative findings to ensure complete transparency. At Expert Appraisers Co., we are committed to providing professional and credible appraisal services that adhere to the highest standards. Our comprehensive and consistent appraisals ensure the trust of insurers, law firms, clients, purchasers, sellers, and other interested parties..

LIMITATION
Appraisal Procedures and Practices In addition to examining and recording the vehicle/motorcycle VIN numbers and personal property/item identifiers, the appraisers also inspect and document the vehicle/motorcycle itself or the personal property/item, along with any associated documents such as ownership, registration, item number, and receipts. This procedure ensures the authenticity of the property. In the case of a vehicle, if there is a Carfax, UVP, or vehicle history report, or if the personal property has a documented history, a copy will be provided by the client. At least twelve (12) photographs of the vehicle/motorcycle must be taken, including views from the top, front, back, trunk, sides, corners, dashboard, engine, and frame. A few photographs of any personal property item will also be taken. It is essential to document three comparable vehicles/motorcycles that are either currently for sale or have recently sold in the market or at auto auctions. For legibility and professionalism in documentation, digital text and images are preferred. To keep our clients informed of current market trends, Expert Appraisers Co. utilizes a variety of reputable sources such as AutoTrader, J.D. Power, Kelley Blue Book, CarGurus, NADA, Edmunds, Kijiji, Classic Cars Report, Internet sales, auto auctions, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, eBay, and any other relevant resources or business transactions that may contribute to the appraisal. Expert Appraisers Co. serves as a third-party in claims and is not a government agency nor an enforcement entity. We do not represent any side in court proceedings. However, assistance can be provided by our contact team. Vehicle, motorcycle, or personal property appraisals are professional services, and fees may be applied based on the time and effort required to complete the final document. With over 25 years of experience in the automotive field, we have been actively involved in various aspects of the industry. The opinions and conclusions presented in this report reflect the appraiser’s professional judgment based on the facts and conditions available at the time of the appraisal. Expert Appraisers Co. and its employees have not performed any appraisal or other services regarding the property in question within the three-year period preceding the acceptance of this assignment. The appraiser has no personal interest or bias in relation to the parties involved and has conducted a personal inspection of the subject property. Our compensation is not contingent upon reporting any specific predetermined value or direction of value. The intended purpose of this report is to determine the Fair Market Value or Liquidation Value of the property. Market Value is defined as the price at which the property would change hands between a willing buyer and a willing seller, with neither being under compulsion to buy or sell and both having reasonable knowledge of relevant facts. Liquidation Value is the price at which the property would change hands under financial distress or other limiting circumstances, requiring a sale at a reduced price.
