Reports are based on client-supplied documents, visual inspection, and market data available on the effective date; items are not disassembled or mechanically tested. Sources and uncertainties are disclosed where applicable. Conclusions reflect professional judgment and are not a guarantee of sale price. Intended use and users are limited to the client and named parties. CEAC is not responsible for hidden defects, withheld/misleading information, or market changes after the report date.
LIMITATION
Certified Expert Appraisers (CEAC) performs each valuation through a structured, transparent process based on inspection, documentation, and verified market research.
All appraisals rely on visual examination and client-supplied documents such as ownership, registration, VIN/serial identifiers, and photos. Items are not disassembled or mechanically tested.
Each report includes photographic evidence and comparable market research from verified sources (AutoTrader, Kijiji, NADA, CarGurus, J.D. Power, etc.) to determine Fair Market or Liquidation Value as of the appraisal date.
CEAC acts as an independent third-party—not a government, insurer, or legal authority. Conclusions reflect professional judgment at the time of inspection and are not guarantees of sale price. CEAC holds no financial interest in any property appraised.
